Introduction:

At the HTGPune Summit, we understand that circumstances can change, leading to a change in your ability to attend the event. While we do not offer refunds, we provide a flexible ticket transfer policy to accommodate your needs.

General Attendance:

  1. No Cancellation Policy: We regret that we cannot offer refunds once your registration is complete. We understand that plans can change, and we offer the option to transfer your ticket to another delegate of your choice. Please ensure the delegate is informed and agrees to all terms and conditions of the summit.
  2. Ticket Transfer Process: If you’re unable to attend and wish to transfer your ticket to someone else, please inform us at least 30 days before the event. Provide the full name, email address, contact information, and any other required details of the new attendee. We’ll facilitate the transfer and ensure they receive all necessary information for the event.

Startup Showcase and Experience Center:

  1. No Cancellation Policy: Similar to the general attendance policy, we are unable to offer refunds for the Startup Showcase or Hospital Experience Center tickets. However, we acknowledge the importance of participation in these segments and offer a transfer option to another delegate of your choice.
  2. Transfer for Special Segments: If you need to transfer your Startup Showcase or Hospital Experience Center ticket, please notify us at least 30 days days prior to the event. Provide the substitute delegate’s details, and we will arrange for them to take your place. Note that transferring a ticket does not alter its terms and conditions, and the new delegate will be subject to the same rules and regulations as the original ticket holder.

Important Notes:

  1. Delegate Responsibility: The original ticket holder is responsible for finding a replacement delegate. The summit organizers will facilitate the transfer but will not be responsible for finding a replacement.
  2. Finality of Transfer: Once a ticket has been transferred, the process is final. The original ticket holder will no longer have any claim to the ticket or access to the event.
  3. Verification: All transferred delegates will be subject to the same verification process as original ticket holders to ensure the integrity and security of the event.
